Right of withdrawal

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that your package must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days from the date you receive your order.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shadivashop@gmx.de.
